These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FreeRealms: Clover ("Clover", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, game, servers, accounts, community features, and other services associated with the project.
By accessing or using FreeRealms: Clover, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the project.
FreeRealms: Clover is an unofficial fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Sony Online Entertainment, Daybreak Game Company, or their respective affiliates.
1. Eligibility
You may use FreeRealms: Clover only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age required to independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you should use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when creating an account.
- Keeping your account credentials confidential.
- Maintaining the security of your account.
- All activity that occurs through your account.
You must not impersonate another person, create an account for fraudulent purposes, or use another person's account without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are reasonably believed to threaten the security or integrity of the project.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use FreeRealms: Clover for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the project.
- Distribute malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for harmful purposes.
- Use cheats, unauthorized automation, or other tools intended to provide an unfair advantage where prohibited by project rules.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intentionally abuse other users.
- Impersonate project staff or other users.
- Circumvent account suspensions or other enforcement actions.
- Scrape, overload, disrupt, or otherwise abuse project infrastructure.
- Use the project to conduct fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Upload or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Additional community rules may apply to individual features, servers, forums, Discord communities, or other project spaces.
4. User Content
Users may be able to submit content such as messages, forum posts, screenshots, artwork, suggestions, or other material ("User Content").
You retain ownership of User Content that you independently create, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
By submitting User Content to FreeRealms: Clover, you grant the project a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain, and improve the project.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that doing so does not knowingly violate the rights of another person.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the project.
5. Intellectual Property
FreeRealms: Clover contains a combination of original project material and material associated with third parties.
FreeRealms: Clover does not claim ownership of the FreeRealms intellectual property belonging to its respective rights holders.
"Free Realms," "FreeRealms," associated characters, names, logos, artwork, designs, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Original content created by FreeRealms: Clover contributors remains subject to the ownership and licensing terms established by its respective creators.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of intellectual property belonging to FreeRealms: Clover or any third party.
6. Fan Project Status
FreeRealms: Clover is an unofficial fan project created for community and preservation purposes.
The project does not represent itself as an official version, successor, revival, or product of FreeRealms or its original publisher or developers.
Project names, branding, and notices should not be interpreted as suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Sony Online Entertainment, Daybreak Game Company, or other rights holders.
7. Availability and Changes
FreeRealms: Clover is provided as a community project and may change, become temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued at any time.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features without guaranteeing that any particular feature, server, account, character, item, or game data will remain available.
We may also modify these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms will be posted through appropriate project channels.
8. Enforcement
We may take action against accounts or users that violate these Terms or threaten the security, stability, or community of the project.
Possible actions may include warnings, removal of content, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of access.
Where appropriate, we may also preserve or disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, safety, and security of the project and its users.
9. Disclaimers
FreeRealms: Clover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the project will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or configuration.
We make no guarantee that game progress, accounts, characters, virtual items, or other data will never be lost, corrupted, modified, or deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the FreeRealms: Clover project and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the project.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services
FreeRealms: Clover may link to or interact with third-party websites, platforms, services, or software.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Termination
You may stop using FreeRealms: Clover at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the project or its users, comply with legal requirements, or maintain the security and integrity of the service.
Sections concerning intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other provisions that reasonably should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be interpreted and applied according to applicable law. Any dispute concerning these Terms will be handled in accordance with the laws and courts applicable to the project and its operators, subject to any mandatory rights provided to you by the laws of your jurisdiction.
