About Clover
FreeRealms: Clover is a fan led effort to bring FreeRealms back as a fully playable private server. The original game may be gone, but the community around it never really left, and Clover exists to give that community somewhere to actually play again instead of just reminiscing about it.
The project is built entirely from scratch by volunteers, made up of several pieces working together: a custom server, a launcher to connect and play, Discord bots that tie the community and the game together, and this website, which brings it all under one roof.
Development happens out in the open. Clover is open source, with the server code built publicly on GitHub, so anyone with the interest and the skills can see how it works, contribute to it, or learn from it.
Clover is still in active development and is not yet a finished, polished product. Things will break, features will change, and progress will not always be fast, but the goal is steady, honest progress toward an experience that is actually fun to log into. Updates, milestones, and behind the scenes progress get shared as they happen, both here and on Discord.

How Clover is Organized
Clover is run by a small team of staff and developers, supported by a wider community of contributors, testers, and helpers. Nobody involved is paid, and everyone here is putting in their own time because they care about the project. That means the roles people hold aren't just titles, they reflect who is actually doing the work to keep Clover moving forward.

Friends
FreeRealms has always been about the people you meet along the way. Dance together on the boardwalk, team up for a job, or just wander the world side by side. Add friends, keep track of who's online, and build a social circle that makes logging in feel like coming back to a place you actually belong.
Guilds
Form a guild with your friends and give your group an identity of its own. Recruit new members, take on challenges together, and build a name for yourselves in the world. Whether it's a small crew of regulars or a growing community, guilds are where teamwork turns into something lasting.
Housing
Claim a space of your own and make it yours. Decorate with furniture and items you've earned, rearrange things until they feel right, and turn an empty lot into a home base you're proud to show off to friends who stop by.
Jobs
Pick up a job like Brawler, Chef, or Card Duelist and start building up your skills. Each job has its own gear, its own progression, and its own feel, so you can bounce between them depending on your mood or focus on mastering the one that suits you best.
Minigames
When you want a break from questing, there's always something else to jump into. Race against friends and rivals on the karting tracks, or try your hand at whatever other minigames are scattered throughout the world. They're quick, they're competitive, and they're a great excuse to show off.
Pets
Adopt a loyal companion to follow you on every adventure. From dogs and cats to stranger finds, pets add a bit of personality to your journey and are always happy to tag along, whether you're exploring, working a job, or just hanging out in town.
